Features

The features of this modular system are:

  1. it is highly compact and can be quickly and easily transported and installed on site;
  2. it is a plug-and-use unit;  the system can be used immediately upon connecting the mains power on site;
  3. its modules can be stacked to reduce site area required for installation of system;
  4. it requires minimal excavation and significantly reduces costs of anti pollution measures; the containers will not crack and pollute surrounding land and water;
  5. modules can simply and easily be added or excluded to achieve desired treatment quality and volume;
  6. it can be transported to another site for use and thus prevent repeated investments by purchaser; and
  7. nanotechnology can be used to improve the system’s treatment range and effectively treat solvents in wastewater that commonly available systems cannot cope with.

Comparison with Conventional Wastewater Treatment Systems

Our Industrial Wastewater Treatment System is therefore different from the commonly used industrial wastewater treatment systems in the following ways:

Standard design available – No time will be spent on furnishing a system design. Standard design not available –Time is wasted as system must be specially designed according to site requirements.
Compact hardware design; System design reduces excavation to a minimum; Process of manufacturing system is simple. System manufactured according to different requirements; System design requires much excavation and extensive civil engineering works; Process of manufacturing system is complicated.
Modules can simply and easily be added or excluded to achieve desired treatment quality and volume; Should the original treatment process be revised, the modules can be changed and combined so that it will not be necessary to redesign the entire system which thereby reduces costs. Civil engineering works involved in construction of the system does not allow for any changes in the system design; Should the original treatment process be revised, the entire system must be redesigned and reconstructed which thereby increases costs.
Modules can be stacked to reduce site area required for installation of system. System requires large land area for operations.

Can be used together with our other products (for e.g., high concentration cyanide wastewater treatment systems, metal recycling systems, etc.) for complete treatment of wastewater Cannot be further customized.
Can be paired with a Water Quality Monitoring System for offsite monitoring of chemical concentration values of the effluent in real time. No offsite monitoring of chemical concentration values.
